About Dr. Bee

A human design report described me as a “restless researcher” and I chuckled.

I have spent most of my days encountering a phenomenon that would sever me, then immediately researching everything about it that I may be whole again. I would say I am obsessively curious. While I am grateful for this innate curiosity, I am blessed to have the fire, drive, and wisdom to put my research into practice.

My academic journey has been diverse and enriching, with a Bachelor’s degree in Pure Mathematics, an MBA, a Master of Science in Information Technology, and a Doctorate in Leadership & Change. But it’s not just the degrees; it’s the life experiences that have come with them that have shaped my holistic approach to being.

I am on a mission to share my learnings on living with the world through multiple modalities. Whether it be through leadership coaching, change management, research, ecosystem building, or brand consulting, my intent is clear – to provide a space of warmth, belonging, comfort, as well as practical information and mastery on being.

My approach is not just about imparting knowledge; it’s about creating an environment where every individual feels valued, understood, and empowered to grow. I believe that true mastery of being comes not just from what we know, but how we apply it to better ourselves and our communities.
